What is it about weight in this country?
Why are we so obsessed about our weight?
The media bombards us with many advertise-ments that put subliminal messages in our heads about “how we are supposed to be” that it should be against the law but it's not!
The other problem is diet and fast food accessibility. Hopefully in time we will begin to get away from the fatty fried foods and move into more health conscious choices. 
Weight is an extremely individual thing.
Every single one of us has only OUR own feelings, thoughts, sensations and experiences.
Two identical twins can be raised by the same parents, wear the same clothes, eat the same foods, be exposed to the same of everything yet what they think, feel, sense and experience are not identical.
Thus, it goes to show that a weight program should be as individualized as possible.
