Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion.
But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems—problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life.
Anger can make you feel as though you're at the mercy of an unpredict-able and powerful emotion. 
Sometimes, our anger and frustration are caused by very real and inescapable problems in our lives.
Not all anger is misplaced, and often it's a healthy, natural response to these difficulties.
There is also a cultural belief that every problem has a solution, and it adds to our frustration to find out that this isn't always the case.
Anger is destructive when directed inward toward the self.
Anger is destructive when directed toward others around you.
Most often anger can be reduced and helped by applying simple stess or anxiety reducing techniques. The two CD's that I have my clients use for this is "Releasing Anxiety" and "Reduce Stress".
Both of these CD's incorporate several healing principles and techniques that assist in the managment of anger.
By listening to one of the CD's each night before bed not only does it help induce sleep but it alters thought patterns so that you may become more at ease and less tense during times of emotional crisis. The CD's help diffuse the anger and disperse it construct-ively in other directions.
Through various behavioral techniques it is possible after a short time, to have a handle on this area of emotion.
Most of us were never taught how to feel our emotions, and as a result we vent our frustrations in behaviors that can be destructive and harmful.
